This is Jordin. We are sitting at the cancer center getting her chemo treatment. She has two big bags of frozen peas on her hands because she heard the cold will keep her fingernails and skin from peeling. Good report from the doctor again her bone marrow is functioning normally. Her blood counts are good. Today is my Birthday (23!) and we have a full agenda when we leave here. We are going to start by going out to lunch. We are hungry. Thats good for my mom because she needs to eat. The biggest challege with the chemo is that mom can not taste anything so she is just eating because she knows she needs too and because she knows how things should tatse. Kelly, my lil sis, has a swim meet on friday and mom should feel well enough to attend. Dad and I were going to be "timers" but they didnt need anymore volunteers, so we will be expert "timers" on Wednesday. Saturday and Sunday will be a mystery, mom doesnt know how she will feel those days so keep her in your prayers.
